The Home of the Brave

Just watched Michael Phelps standing on the podium listening to our National Anthem.

I cant imagine anything that could be much more moving than standing there listening to that. How do you not cry? I cried watching it on tv.

I love the Olympics. It makes me so proud. I remember as a kid pretending to be one of the gymnasts as they nailed their final move in a routine. I'd dream about it too.

I cant wait to watch the Women's Gymnastics and Track and Field events with Lauren and Avery!
