Weeknight fun

Nothing makes me much happier than when Jordan comes home from work and says, 'Lets pack a picnic supper and head out.'

Tonight was one of those nights.

We headed to our favorite place...Gladbrook park.

I just love pictures like these.

And tonight all I could think was that this was probably the last time it would be just the four of them on one of our little adventures.

Bittersweet!

Do you see that gray spec up on the hill?

That's Avery again.

We cannot keep up with her when we are out at these places.

She has to run ahead, has to climb where the rest of us dont want to go.

And yep, she gets it from her dad.

You cant really tell in this picture but he had to take Sully out to the middle of the crick.

And Sully really wanted to catch a fish out there.

Then Avery decided she'd join them.

And getting back just wasn't quite as easy!

I'm just in love with these fall nights!
