Saturday night we did one of the funnest things ever!
Probably 2 months ago Trina and Garrick mentioned having a camp out and movie night at their acreage. And this weekend was it.
We didn't end up camping, but we didn't leave for home until 11:15 pm so that was close enough.
The kids were a little crazy and the time was a little chaotic but between the 2 couples we have 7 kids with 2 more on the way...should we expect quiet, uneventful evenings?

Garrick strung this huge tarp up on one of their buildings.
While we waited for darkness to come the kids and dads caught more ground squirrels.
Trina drove them a couple of miles away and released them.
We had supper and celebrated Garrick's Golden Birthday!
Played football in the sunset.
Danced, Danced, Danced.
Roasted marshmallows.
And finally settled down in comfy spots in the yard.
Harry and The Henderson's was the choice for the night.
This night was a total blast. I am sure that the kids will ask for a repeat before summer is over.
Garrick thank you so much for making it happen!
We couldn't have asked for a better night!

Looks like so much fun!!! So glad Garrick and Trina are around in the area.
Scott and I were just talking about how much fun having an outdoor movie area would be...looks like we were right.

I told Trina and Garrick they should charge admission and show a movie once a weekend!!!
