Here is another sign that I am just plain old. Apparently I cannot drink caffeine after 2 pm. Otherwise I cannot sleep at night. So even though Tess did so well last night...I was up for 2.5 hours - just wide awake!
I've been kind of keeping track of this and it only happens when I have caffeine for supper. Great.
