that i can choose to see that pile of laundry in the previous post as a huge burden.
or i can choose to see it as a big, huge pile of a blessing.
it represents that im a mom many times over. blessed.
it represents that we have seemingly limitless amounts of clothes. blessed.
it represents that i am well off enough that i have time to be stressed by laundry. blessed.
and im well off enough to own laundry baskets! blessed.
it represents that we get to go swimming...a lot apparently from all the swim suits and swim towels. blessed.
it reminds me that i am home to tackle this and not thinking about it while sitting at work. blessed.
it is a great big pile of blessings.
seriously.
what burden can you choose to turn into a blessing today? ask Him to show it to you.
Deuteronomy 28:2 'And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the Lord they God.'

Love this.
I too love this. However, I had to refer to my dumb-downed NIV version in order to fully understand the verse. All the "thees" and 'Thy" confused me. That entire chapter of Deuteronomy 28 is a wonderful thoughtful reminder from God about the decisions we get to make every day. Oh, how He guides us and loves us!
