Our little adventurer!

Avery was a surprise to us on our trip...completely unafraid to climb and explore everything.

And yeah, she's that sweet!

We were by the water's edge and suddenly Avery wasn't with us...we turned around and she was 1/2 way up this cliff. And it really was a cliff - straight up, not steady ground. Not safe. There was no stopping her, she was having the time of her life.

Almost there!

Made it! And she did it over and over and over. When we got home she said, Now that I know climbing is so fun I'm going to do it every time we go!

She also had fun taking the way that was not a well traveled. Which I'm afraid is going to be the story of her life...she's not one to take the easy way. She got into some nettles here though and did not appreciate that!
